This workshop is designed for male cancer patients and their relatives who are looking for practical ways to cope with the emotional challenges that uncertainty can bring throughout the cancer journey.
Gain practical psychological tools to help manage anxiety, build resilience, and focus on what can be controlled. The session combines expert guidance with opportunities for reflection and discussion.
Participants are invited to share their experiences in a respectful and confidential environment. Everyone is encouraged to contribute at their own pace while respecting the privacy of others.
Learn how uncertainty affects thoughts and emotions, and discover practical techniques that can help you navigate diagnosis, treatment, recovery, and life beyond cancer with greater confidence.
The workshop will be led by Dr Keith Aquilina, a medical doctor specialising in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care and a Gestalt Psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting cancer patients and their families.
The workshop is free of charge, but registration is required.
