The Association

• We offer support and information to male patients diagnosed with cancer and their families in a holistic, coordinated and sustainable approach.  
• We raise awareness and to educate the general public about male cancers, especially in relation to the promotion of prevention of such cancers as well as the care available for anyone that may be diagnosed with such cancers.  
• We promote the exchange of ideas and mutual learning among all members and its associates, promoting a Forum for discussion and exchange of good practices, at national and international levels.
• We organise national and international events;  
• We develop, exploit and support projects and activities that can support fund raising for the Association;  
• We promote and aid any research, study or publication that is seen to be in line with the aims and purposes of this Association;  
• We promote the continuous training of all its member and practitioners in the field of cancer treatments and cancer research;  
• We provide, where appropriate, service and assistance to patients suffering from male cancers and their relatives in the areas related to the objectives of the Association. 

Europa Uomo is a European advocacy movement representing 31 prostate patients’ groups in countries across Europe.

  support and quality of life.
• We carry out research and influence policy
  at national and international level.
• We work with health professionals to help
  them understand patient perspectives.
• We support our national member
  organisations as they strive to improve
  services and awareness.
