The Founding Members and Board of Management

 We are a team of  cancer patients, survivors, healthcare professionals, relatives, and supporters who volunteer our time and effort to advocate for change in men's health and provide  cancer support. We are all committed to shake up the status quo in the field of men's health, striving to make meaningful contributions to both advocacy and support initiatives. 

The general management of the affairs of the Association is conducted by the Management Board which is made up of (7) seven elected members from within its membership, including:

• Chairperson
• Deputy Chairperson
• Treasurer
• Secretary 
• Up to three Board Members

The Management Board do not receive any remuneration for their services for carrying out functions of Administrators.

The Association  is governed by the Laws of Malta and has effective mechanisms in place to ensure transparency, proper management and continuous improvement.  

Membership is open to all patients suffering from male cancer, their relatives and their carers and which meets any other prerequisite which the Management Board may establish from time to time.

The members of the Association are the founders, as well as those companies and/or businesses and/or organisations being non-profitable entities which the Management Board may admit in accordance with the qualifications as specified in this statute.

Any application for admission as a member of the Association has to be made in writing and addressed to the Management Board.
